29/1/2010New Bus Link - Glengarnock Station-Beith

New Late Night Bus Link - Glengarnock to Beith As from 14 January, Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is supporting an extra bus from Beith to Kilbirnie Cross at 23.00 hrs and then returning to Beith. This will provide a good connection to Beith from the 22.45 train servcie from Glasgow Central arriving Glengarnock at 23.11 hrs with the connecting bus leaving Glengarnock station at 23.18 hrs and arriving Beith Strand 23.22hrs. This will replace the former late night express bus from Glasgow but will only operate on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Usage will be reviewed later this year
