Harbison Park Shetland

I was in Shetland 2 years ago and took some pictures of Harbison Park on Whalsay. It is named after The Rev David Harbison who was the Minister of Beith High Church for some time. He helped to get a leisure facility built for the young people of Whalsay which is quite a remote island of Shetland. It is of course a very beautiful place. The Minister now retired lives at Mill Park in Dalry.

This may be even more poignant as Beith looks at improving sports and community facilities through joining forces and joining up the dots!
